The proposed building, located in the centre of Madrid, provides compact dwelling units on 11 floors, which offer luxurious living spaces on a small scale. The inner city surroundings make it necessary to account for a high quantity of parking spaces, which are guaranteed by an automated parking system, that distributes cars over six levels. A commercial unit is placed on the three lower floors.
