Fit-out of two floors for a medical care center, Unter den Linden 19–23, Berlin –

The commercial space on the 4th and 5th floor of a high-rise building was completely stripped back to the core and fitted out for the tenant operating a medical care center. The fit-out takes into account the complex spatial and hygienic requirements of the tenant within the constraints of the existing structure.
