The competition presents a strong formal reworking of a cube in order to create a volume that marks a characteristic point within the financial centre of the city. On the other hand, the building is also conceived of as a volume that addresses the restrictive building regulations in this area, obliged to maintain certain views and required to guarantee existing voids and courtyards.
