Housing Estate regeneration in King´s Cross, London, United Kingdom -
Modern movement Estate designed in the 50’s by architect Berthold Lubetkin. Award winning, Heritage Lottery Fund funded the project that received Conservation Area status after extensive housing and landscape refurbishment. The design strategy included using Lubetkin’s original design style. Improvements to communal areas included new soft landscaping, new play area, water feature and improved lighting.
