New Co-Living Building in Schulstraße 102, Berlin -
The building is situated in a typical Berlin courtyard. The objective of this built insertion is to provide residential space in form of co-living units for students and young professionals. In this typology the relation between private and common areas were optimised, so as to provide a generous and high quality common space on each floor to allow for social interaction. The private residential areas are designed with a comfortable standard despite their compactness.
