Construction of the visitor and information center for the Black Forest Biosphere Reserve in Todtnau-

The planned new building is divided into two parts, a side building and a main building. The four-storey main building houses the foyer, the exhibition spaces and the restaurant. The three-storey side building is largely used to accommodate the ancillary areas and building services as well as the seminar room and the auditorium.
Due to the subdivision into main and side building with a height of 16.50m and 12.50m respectively, the design fits harmoniously into the existing building environment.
