Tenant feasibility study for a bank, Am Postbahnhof, Mühlenstraße, Berlin -
The commercial space on the 1st and 2nd floors of the high-rise building was reconfigured for a potential future tenant based on a detailed spatial needs. For the conversion, the units on the two upper floors were reorganised and aligned with the tenant’s requirements.
